NOtaBLE was established from Chef Michael Noble’s vision of a cozy and casual approachable neighbourhood restaurant where guests could get an amazing meal. The Restaurant was opened in the fall of 2010, with a menu centred around the concept of “gourmet casual” dining – interesting, fresh and local ingredients all prepared in our open kitchen by skillful, passionate Chefs.

Today, many of the same dishes that first inspired Chef Noble can still be found on the menu along with new seasonal creations, often cooked over our wood-fired rotisserie and served by personable and professional staff.
